What we do

Payers always have the right roster. So claims don't bounce.

Payers pay against the roster they hold. We keep every payer's copy of yours right: who joined, what changed, who left.

Every month, for every payer

  • The adds, changes and terms since the last file they received
  • A full roster whenever a payer asks for one
  • A plain reason on every term, with its date
  • A record of exactly what was sent, and when

Right before it goes out

  • Every NPI checked against the national registry
  • Names that match what payers see
  • Practice addresses and phone numbers confirmed every 90 days
